Michael Dods qualified at Guys Hospital Dental School in 1967 and, after working for one year in his home town in Essex, acquired Conway House in 1969.

Over the years Michael has built a successful and stable practice supported by experienced hygienists and a number of friendly, caring ancillary staff.

Michael is committed to the concept of professional development through postgraduate education and in 1995 he gained his Diploma in General Dental Practice. In 2002 Michael achieved the diploma of Membership in General Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. The MGDS is the senior diploma of primary dental healthcare and indicates the achievement of a high standard of practice arrangements and clinical skills and a commitment to keep up to date and so offer treatment based on today's knowledge and techniques.

Michael's part-time associate, Stephen Robinson, joined the practice in 2003. He qualified at the Victoria University of Manchester in 1994 and, after working in Cheshire and Marlow, has latterly built up his own practice in Oxfordshire. He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry to improve patient's smiles.
